Review Krea?
Reviewers mostly see Krea as a strong AI image tool for fast generation, upscaling, and creative experiments, with particular praise for Enhance/Upscale, realtime generation, and clean pattern or logo blending. Several users say it works well for banners, covers, and other design tasks, and they like the simple interface and speed. The main tradeoffs are weaker precision for small edits, inconsistent image quality, especially with human figures, and a heavy dependence on strong prompts. A few also report messy gallery organization and poor promotion-related communication.

Hi everyone!
Krea 2 is @Krea’s first foundation image model, built from scratch around aesthetics and creative control.
The visual taste is next level. It is not only about following a prompt, but also about understanding how an image should look. Style references, moodboards, and strength controls make it easier to guide the final result instead of relying on vague style words.
The creation interface is also very smooth, as always with Krea. One small detail I really like: when you drag in an image, the input area splits and lets you choose whether to use it as a style reference or turn it into a prompt.
Quote from the Krea team:
Style should not be a vague prompt word. It should be something you can guide, mix, strengthen, reduce, and push.
I think we need a more expressive future for AI images.

I mostly use their Enhancer - it literally saves even the blurriest, softest source images. It doesn’t just bump up the resolution; it actually adds realistic texture - fabric starts looking like real fabric, skin like real skin. For prepping pics to post in high quality it’s a total must-have, especially when the original was generated at low res. And their pattern tool (Logo Illusions) works surprisingly cleanly too. I’ve tried embedding text and logos into natural textures and it blends super organically - no ugly seams or obvious edits
What needs improvement
The one thing that’s really missing is any decent gallery organization. Everything just dumps into one giant pile, and finding something you generated a week ago is basically impossible. No folders, no tags, no convenient search. When you’re juggling several projects at once the feed turns into pure chaos.
vs Alternatives
I compared it with Photoshop’s generative fill. Photoshop is great for small targeted fixes, but Krea is way better when you need to create something from scratch or do proper upscaling with creative control.

Dear Krea Team,
I’m writing to express my disappointment with your communication and clarity around promotions. Your Black Friday offer was advertised on your website all day, but when I tried to use the promo code, it had already expired. Despite the offer still being displayed, I was unable to complete my purchase.
I emailed your team to resolve this issue but have not received any response. This lack of communication is frustrating, especially as I was prepared to purchase your most expensive plan.
It’s disappointing that you did not honor the advertised deal and failed to clarify when it ended. Clear communication and prompt responses are essential, and this experience has been very unsatisfactory.
I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your service in the future.

Exceptional!
We are using Krea.ai for our web page banners & covers & images. If you use the right prompts it's giving you amazing results. The only problem is prompts has to be good for good results. It can't catch what you mean with a poor prompt as chatgpt does. Also they have been improving the service since i started using it.
What needs improvement
requires good prompts (1)

We just integrated ChatGPT Image in Krea Chat in the past weeks :-)
Also, good feedback, but we also want to let artists and creatives have “manual” control of the model too. Maybe we should add a toggle that allows you to enable auto-prompting or not...
