Earlier this summer, 20,000 people gathered at the largest human resources conference in the country. The Orlando event was a blowout: Christina Aguilera performed a full-length concert, Oprah Winfrey gave the keynote address, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios theme park closed its doors to outside guests for one night to become a “private playground” for swarms of HR professionals.
