US: Revenue management platform Beyond has launched a suite of AI-powered tools designed to help automate pricing, optimise listings and streamline operations. The company has introduced Listing Lens, an AI-powered listing analyser that reviews Airbnb listings across photos, descriptions, amenities and guest reviews before providing recommendations to improve search visibility and booking conversions. Beyond has also launched a beta version of its new Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, enabling AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to connect directly with Beyond's pricing, market and reservation data. The company said the technology will allow property managers to automate tasks including occupancy alerts, owner reporting and revenue analysis. The announcements build on the success of Neyoba, Beyond's AI pricing assistant, which launched in late 2025. According to Beyond, more than 15,000 hosts and property managers have used the tool, generating almost 50,000 conversations in its first six months. The company estimates Neyoba has already saved customers more than 100,000 hours of manual analysis by helping property managers quickly assess pricing performance, booking pace and market trends. Julie Brinkman, chief executive officer of Beyond, said the latest developments expand the role of AI beyond pricing and into broader operational workflows.
