Bitloops is an open-source tool that builds a local, queryable model of your codebase so AI agents can query it rather than repeatedly crawling files. It provides agent context, checkpoint history, and a query language called DevQL. Currently in alpha, it supports multiple AI coding assistants and runs locally by default.
