How are reviews analyzed?
We use an LLM to read every negative review individually, cluster them by recurring theme, and produce a structured summary of the patterns that come up most often.
How many apps are covered?
Every app in the Shopify App Store with at least one review. There is no curated subset — if it has reviews, you can analyze it.

We flag it explicitly. With fewer than around 10 negative reviews, AI cluster patterns are less reliable and we say so on the page.
