Real briefs. Real problems. Build them to get hired.
Why This Exists
Founders want builders who ship with AI. Job descriptions still ask for CS degrees and five years of experience. HR writes the JD. The founder does the interview. They're looking for completely different things.
AI Native Builder is a job board that cuts through that noise — real roles for people who build and ship with AI.
This repo is the practice ground. Every brief came from a real company. Work through them, post your results, and learn from what others built.
How It Works
Read PRINCIPLES.md first — the framework you'll use to scope every project
Pick a project by category
Do discovery before touching code
Keep a build log as you go — not after
Self-score against the criteria in the brief
Post in r/AINativeBuilder with the Feedback Request flair
Projects
Project Category Company
Ember Coach Hire Booking Product / Booking Ember (public)
Creative Ops Platform Automation / Workflow Anonymised
Legal Contract Review Agent Agent PortSwigger
B2B Outreach Agent Agent / Automation Humble Group
Multi-Agent Orchestration Agent / Architecture Anonymised
The Rules
No hints. Discovery is part of the project.
Keep your build log as you go.
Track your time honestly.
Self-score before asking for feedback.
Feedback and Community
Post your project in r/AINativeBuilder using the Feedback Request flair. Include your scope document, build log, self-score, and a link to your code.
For now I'll review and comment on every submission. The goal is to build an open community where builders learn from each other's work — the more people post, the better the discussion gets.
What to include in your post:
Scope document — what you built, what you cut, and why
Build log with time tracking
Self-score on the five dimensions from the brief
Link to your code
