One thing that stood out while building Needle is how much of a rep’s day is spent on everything except selling: research, CRM updates, follow-ups, finding the right context, preparing for calls. That’s exactly the problem we wanted to solve.

Finally gave this a spin in our Slack and the pre-call prep nudge saved me from walking into a discovery call blind. The stalled-deal drafts are a bit generic but honestly useful as a starting point.

What's great

Fantastic tool for automation, especially for beginners who don't know what they are doing as well as hardened pros that can create pure magic. With this I was able to create an automation that scrapes related news for my interests and scores them for their importance within 30 minutes!

What needs improvement

On model page, I greedily used Opus 4.6 and it drained my free credits (which was more than enough for one automation workflow). Average credit usage can be mentioned in model selection pop-up menu for better guidance.

vs Alternatives

Other alternatives looks bloated and doesn't provide you with enough information to use them. You need full blown courses to get started with n8n and zapier.

Great tool for building AI workflows . Easy to use, fast, and saves a lot of time. Highly recommended.

What needs improvement

It would be great to make importing workflows even easier. For example, allowing n8n users to upload JSON workflow files directly into Needle for faster setup and smoother integration.
