On May 13, Alibaba Group released its Q4 and full-year earnings report for fiscal year 2026. The report indicates that the company's full-stack AI technology investment has officially crossed the initial cultivation phase and is now entering a positive commercial return cycle. In the fourth quarter of the fiscal year, Alibaba AI achieved accelerated breakthroughs across model, cloud infrastructure, and application layers.
On the AI-to-B front, Alibaba's enterprise-level agent platform, Wukong, has recently begun a gradual large-scale rollout. Wukong is Alibaba's flagship AI-native application. It not only answers questions but also directly helps users complete tasks. After users articulate their goals, Wukong can autonomously plan steps, operate computers, and call tools to form a complete closed loop from information collection to final delivery. Additionally, it fully supports connecting users' DingTalk accounts, secure access permissions, and application systems within enterprises.
