Huawei Cloud has disclosed the agenda for its INSPIRE Innovation Conference, centering on Agentic AI with a complete technical roadmap covering the entire lifecycle. At the infrastructure level, Huawei Cloud is expected to introduce new Agentic AI Infra products under its "Silicon Black Land" strategy, emphasizing not just raw computing power but optimized efficiency and scheduling for the agent era. The infrastructure will leverage hardware-software-chip synergy to enhance the AI computing base, providing efficient support for agent execution and large-scale inference.

For model training and tuning, the conference will showcase ModelArts enhancements to support hundreds of models and thousands of scenarios, along with a reinforcement learning platform to bridge the gap between large models and industry needs. This aims to make model capabilities engineering-ready and iteratively deployable, solving the “last mile” problem of enterprise AI adoption.

A major highlight is the enterprise agent platform AgentArts, designed to support the full development lifecycle of enterprise agents—from experimental to production-grade—ensuring controllability, governance, and scalable deployment. Additionally, Huawei Cloud will launch “AI Confidential Computing” to provide end-to-end trusted protection for training, inference, and agent operations, addressing security concerns across the entire AI pipeline.

On the application front, “Industry AI Dream Factories” in embodied intelligence, smart healthcare, smart manufacturing, and scientific computing will welcome first batch of enterprises, hospitals, and institutions. The “100 Models 1000 Scenarios” partner program further expands the AI ecosystem by enabling collaborative development. The conference will also announce the “Huawei Cloud Code Academy University Teaching Practice Plan” to accelerate next-gen developer cultivation in AI coding and agent development, closing the loop between technology, industry, and developer ecosystem.

Overall, the agenda signals Huawei Cloud’s strategic shift from a model-centric approach to an agent-driven one, rebuilding the AI tech stack and industrial implementation framework. By covering infrastructure, models, agents, security, and industry applications, Huawei Cloud aims to embed AI into critical production processes across all industries, ensuring that AI truly empowers every sector.
