Edwards brings extensive leadership experience guiding technology companies through rapid growth and transformation. He most recently served as CFO at Conga, overseeing finance, corporate development, and legal. He was previously CFO of ServiceMax, where he led the company to profitability and expansion, culminating in its 2023 acquisition by PTC.
